Asus EEE : wireless USB mouse

Yesterday I ordered a USB wireless optical mouse from http://www.komplett.nl which have a local outlet in Tilburg (where I live). I order and a few hours later, I pick up. The mouse was actually intended for the Toshiba laptop (that replaced the MSI notebook) running Windows (for the kid). It ran on the Vista PC after some minor hickups.

I plugged it in the EEE and it worked immediately! Not even a minor hickup! Go get yourself such a USB mouse. It fits in your shirt pocket.

The Logitech mouse is just what you always wanted to find back in a mouse. The swiss made a better mouse that any previous one. I name the following features:

• Very nice and ergonomic design
• Two buttons and a scroll wheel: ideal for Linux and X11
• Mouse is powered by two alkaline AAA batteries (which were included!)
• Power button on the bottom of the mouse
• USB dongle can be parked inside the bottom of the mouse
• If USB dongle is parked inside mouse, the mouse powers down
• If USB dongle is taken from the mouse, the mouse powers up
• Smooth operation, nice scroll wheel, including 'tilt' function
• Works with the Asus EEE out of the box
• Nice price
